The room was newly remodelled, also it had smoke detectors. It was next to old town, cafes, bars and restaurants and centre, fantastic and favourable location overall...

The bed was spacious and comfortable, while the room had ample space. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, though it could be a bit chaotic at times. Most of the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this absolutely charming hotel. A nice size rooms with central heating, TV set, and a mini bar fridge, facilities worked well.

We had a fantastic stay at Prim&Proper! The newly refurbished property was stylish and comfortable, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was great, with easy access to all the main tourist sites, as well as plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast included with our room rate was excellent, offering a variety of options like fresh bread, yogurt with fruit and granola, and made-to-order eggs or omelettes. We also enjoyed the fresh orange juice and delicious coffee.

We had big size and stylish room with hypo-allergenic pillows. Location: the hotel was very close to all the major tourist sites, and the cozy restaurant.

The hotel's interior design was absolutely stunning, and my room was beautifully decorated, making it hard for me to leave. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave me some complimentary goodies. The hotel restaurant was also amazing, offering delicious meals.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as noise from a neighboring bar and the lack of soundproofing, as well as some design choices like the see-through toilet door, these were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall fantastic experience.

OMG, this place was so special! It felt like our honeymoon! The room was beautifully decorated with very modern, excellent quality furnishings and soundproofing. The staff in the cafe downstairs served us the BEST vegan breakfast ever! They even surprised me with a vegan cake for my birthday! Fantastic location too!

I recently stayed at a beautifully designed and comfortable hotel in Porto. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, and I especially loved the balcony view where I could unwind with a glass of wine. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and the option to use Uber for farther destinations. The staff were attentive and always available to assist. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

prim&proper in porto was even better than our previous stay. the elegantly restored hotel had knowledgeable staff, huge deck in our room, and an excellent restaurant at a reasonable price. the location was perfect, away from the tourist crowds, with nice shops and restaurants nearby.

As a frequent traveler, I often look for hotels that are easily accessible from transportation hubs, and Prim&Proper ticked all the boxes. Located just 0.9 km from São Bento, it was a perfect transit option for me. the hotel provided a helpful database, which made my stay even more convenient.

While my stay at Prim&Proper Hotel was generally enjoyable, there was a minor inconvenience that I encountered. Due to its location on a busy street, it was impossible to keep a window open when in the room, as the noise from outside was quite noticeable.
